Very Nice retro tech! Kashif Kamran has just sent me some pictures of his Crysler Ce-1ac 111. These feature Cryslers excellent high grade ply cabinet and three alnico drivers including my favourite yellow mid range driver. click on a thumbnail to see the full high resolution picture The treble and mid ranges have separate adjustment. These are fine controls and help to get the balance right for their particular location
Excellent quality Japanese ply cabinets very evident here,. WONDERFUL! Kashif added these comments after his first listening; They Sound Great. Vocals are great and extremely clean through the small yellow mids. Power handling is good considering the 30 – 50 watt recommended input capacity Overall these are very musical, detailed and accurate The more I listen to them, the more I have started to like their musicality. And for the bass, I need to re-visit my earlier comments. Kashif is experimenting with their use and developing their bass! MORE TO FOLLOW....
